Emergency backup
Support should be staffed by qualified social workers from your agency, with immediate access to your file. A generic overnight call centre is not the same thing.

Look for advanced professional development, such as therapeutic parenting techniques (PACE), paid for by the agency and delivered locally, not a one-off induction and then silence.
