Why some Ofsted 'Good' agencies earn our Exceptional partner badge
Ofsted inspection reports offer a crucial baseline, but they don't always tell the whole story about day-to-day carer support. Some exceptional agencies choose to invest heavily in ultra-low social worker caseloads, access to in-house clinical psychologists, and robust peer support networks. These are features that transform a carer's experience but may not always translate to an 'Outstanding' grade on inspection day. We award our Exceptional partner badge to agencies rated Ofsted 'Good' or 'Outstanding' provided they meet our strict, elevated criteria for caseload limits, professional backing, and integrated therapeutic care.
